MSNBC has an article about "the golden years" of video game-inspired movies. They start by sayinf they al suck, and they couln't be any more right.I remember as a young playah going to the cinema to see the Super Mario Bros movie.... did you see that? The only thing that looked like the game was Mario!! Hell!! what a piece of shit!! and then Mortal Kombat???? They don't mention Street Fighter on the article but they shouldn't because I think you can't even call it a movie!. VG movies have that special feature of taking all the coolness of videogames.
I have not seen Doom yet, but my guess is the only cool part of the movie will be the final one when the movie looks like the game, as a FPS. It's like Alien vs Predator. WHY HIRE STUPID DIRECTORS TO DO STUPID IDEAS???
*LATEST NEWS*(For me anyway) There will be another Mortal Kombat Movie: Devastation. Read the article here. That news are so old I shouldn't post it..

Yeah.. I remember that! That game was shit! It was supposed to have the Mortal Kombat characters style but it really sucked. It's like they made an extra effort to take SF to the lowest level! There was this Sawada?? an this low life Akuma...Hell I found a link:
